Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Support Engineer for Solid Bulk Production to provide technical support in a GMP environment, bridging production, tech teams, and external vendors. You will drive equipment changes under change control, document thoroughly, and collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth hand-overs and IT/OT alignment.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, IT compliance, and securing data integrity while building a strong stakeholder network across the SBP department.

Qualifications

• An academic degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar.
• Experience from GMP production environment, at least 5 years.
• A structured and data-driven approach to solve tasks, experienced in applying Operational Excellence and LEAN methodologies
• Motivation to work with IT/OT in a production environment
• Strong communication skills
• High proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for technical challenges in a GMP production setting.
• Act as a technical bridge between production, technicians, management and external vendors.
• Drive changes to production equipment under change control and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and ensure robust hand-over processes for equipment projects.
• Identify improvements and advance machine data usage for process knowledge.
• Secure data integrity, data security and IT compliance for systems and equipment.
