Qualifications

• An academic degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar.
• Experience from GMP production environment, at least 5 years.
• A structured and data-driven approach to solve tasks, experienced in applying Operational Excellence and LEAN methodologies.
• Motivation to work with IT/OT in a production environment.
• High proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with technical troubleshooting.
• Drive systematic problem solving and data-driven improvements.
• Act as the technical bridge between production, technicians, management and external vendors.
• Set direction through strong technical ownership and address challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers and ensure hand-overs for equipment projects.
