Job summary

Advansor, a market-leading producer of sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Production Engineer in Aarhus to ensure the optimal production foundation for refrigeration systems and CO2-based heat pumps. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement and R&D to drive efficiency and quality.

You will join the Production Technology Department, reporting to the Production Technology Manager, with a team of four and a role that evolves with your skills.

Qualifications

• Craft background in blacksmithing or relevant trade with a Production Technologist or Mechanical Engineer education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from refrigeration industry or OEM manufacturing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain procedures, implementing work processes and work instructions.
• Participate in improvement projects in production.
• Optimize lead time and production efficiency.
• Ensure high availability of production equipment, service contracts and maintenance coordination.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage non-conformance reports to ensure quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate production Master data.
