Job summary

Advansor in Denmark is seeking a dedicated Facility Technician to join an international team. You will support daily operations, keep equipment running, and help create a safe, efficient work environment for colleagues.

The role includes HVAC monitoring, regular maintenance, coordination with external suppliers, minor repairs, and HSE tasks. English communication is essential in our diverse workplace, based in Brabrand near Aarhus with good transport access.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade background or training.
• Experience with manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with building operations is preferred.
• Good IT skills and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC systems.
• Test and inspect fire alarm systems (ABA, AVS, ABDL) and smoke ventilation.
• Perform maintenance according to facilities schedule.
• Coordinate with external suppliers.
• Carry out minor repairs in admin and production areas.
• Assist with smaller projects.
• HSE-related tasks.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Your role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized employee who thrives on a wide variety of tasks. You will play a key role in our daily operations, with a primary focus on keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a well-functioning environment for your colleagues and the company. You are service-minded and take a solution-oriented approach to your work. At Advansor, we enjoy strong cross-departmental collaboration, where we help and support one another.

In your daily work, you will need to handle everything from technical troubleshooting to keeping our outdoor areas neat and tidy.

As Advansor is an international company with a diverse workforce, it is important to be able to navigate cultural differences and communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.

Tasks include

• Monitoring HVAC systems
• Testing and inspecting fire alarm (ABA), (AVS), (ABDL), and smoke ventilation systems
• Ongoing maintenance based on the annual facilities schedule
• Managing and following up with external suppliers
• Minor repairs in administrative and production areas
• Assisting with smaller projects
• HSE-related tasks
• Various ad hoc tasks

Who are you?

• Technical background (preferably electrician)
• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with building operations (preferred)
• Good IT skills
• Broad technical knowledge across various disciplines
• Forklift certification
• Outgoing and positive
• Proficient in written and spoken English
