Job summary

Autorola Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to establish and lead the Product Platform. You will shape the shared foundations and the Marketplace's operational platform across auctions and vehicle sales.

You will drive a cross-functional program, align engineering, design and business units, and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, efficiency and customer outcomes through platform thinking.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex shared platforms
• Experience with API integrations and identity/access controls
• Experience building greenfield platforms and migrating legacy systems
• Ability to translate complex B2B customer structures into product direction
• Data-driven approach to discovery, prioritization and outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap for Product Platform domain.
• Identify common needs across Autorola Group and standardisation.
• Turn insights into shared models and workflows.
• Lead migration from business-unit capabilities without disruption.
• Decide which capabilities are reusable group-wide foundations.
• Define and track outcomes like provisioning time and invoicing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering and cross-functional PMs across Autorola Group.
• Oversee evolution of Marketplace platform across auction configuration and operation.
