Job summary

Autorola Group is seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant to own complex client engagements from pre-sales through implementation and delivery. You will coordinate teams across Business System Consulting, Software Development (ASYS), Sales, Product Management and subsidiaries, building structure around engagements and aligning expectations with delivery capabilities.

• Significant experience in project management, consulting or a similar client-facing delivery role.
• Strong track record managing scope, timeline, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including senior management.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, consulting and software.
• Structured, proactive with financial awareness and predictive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and communications throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales through delivery.
• Translate client needs into clear project requirements and manage scope changes.
• Set up engagements and coordinate with the Business System Consultant.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Lead planning, status reporting and proactive issue resolution for predictable delivery.
• Coordinate delivery across customers, consultants, ASYS, Product Management and Sales.
• Manage development estimates and communicate costs to customers and subsidiaries.
• Drive projects to completion, confirm value and capture lessons learned.
• Contribute to improving delivery practices and share best practices across Autorola Solutions.
• Mentor and onboard junior and peer Project Management Consultants.
