Job summary

Autorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Business System Consultant to own the technical solution throughout client engagements—from understanding business requirements and designing the solution to configuration, implementation and delivery.

You'll work closely with customers and our Project Management Consultants, collaborating with Software Development, Product Management, Sales and our subsidiaries to ensure practical, scalable solutions delivered with high quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process consultancy, system implementation and solution consulting.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and business processes into effective solution designs.
• Configure and build Autorola software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Own technical solution decisions and ensure scalability, accuracy and alignment with product capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Consultant on scoping and estimating technical effort.
• Advise customers on available functionality, trade-offs and best practices.
• Engage with customer business teams for operational involvement.
• Map requirements to standard functionality and identify development needs.
• Work with Product Management and Software Development to define enhancements.
• Ensure quality through testing and validation of the solution.
• Utilize templates and standards to deliver efficient, consistent solutions.
• Support consultants with technical inputs throughout engagements.
• Share lessons learned to improve templates, standards and processes across Autorola Solutions.
