Job summary

Danske Bank in Aarhus seeks a Product Owner for the Data Platform to shape and deliver platform capabilities that support analytics, governance, privacy and data products across the Data & Analytics domain.

You will lead the product vision, roadmap and backlog, work with engineers, architects and stakeholders, and ensure a reliable, secure and scalable Databricks-based platform with Collibra and OneTrust in scope.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile ways of working.
• High-level knowledge of IT infrastructure and platform technologies.
• Experience with data, analytics, cloud or infrastructure teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear priorities and outcomes.
• Structured backlog management, planning and decision-making.
• Focus on value creation, user needs and delivery.
• Balance strategic direction with day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap and backlog for your area.
• Shape and mature our enterprise platform on Databricks.
• Support the implementation and operation of Collibra for governance and OneTrust for privacy.
• Prioritise features and technical enablers based on business value, risk and direction.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria with engineers, architects and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and needs of teams across D&A.
• Facilitate dialogue between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support delivery planning, sprint priorities and dependency management.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders; ensure reliability, security, scalability and usability; contribute to continuous improvement.
