Job summary

Pareto Securities AS is seeking a Product Owner to join an international team developing healthcare software with real-time data and AI integration. You will own and develop the product backlog, collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders, and ensure the product meets strategic goals and user needs.

The role is based in Aarhus, Denmark, with close collaboration to Ballerup and our team in India.

Become a key person in product development

As our new Product Owner, you will play a key role in the development team. You own and develop the product backlog, act as the link between customers, developers, and stakeholders -and work closely with the Product Manager to ensure the product meets strategic goals and user needs. The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark, with close collaboration with colleagues in BallerupandourdevelopmentteaminIndia.

Your Tasks: Owning the Backlog, Prioritising Value, and Driving Team Alignment

Your main responsibility is to understand and describe customer needs and to prioritize the development tasks thatdeliverthegreatestvalueatanygiventime.

• Ensure your team understands what needs to be built – and why.
• Create and continuously update the product backlog.
• Prioritize tasks based on business value, user needs, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure that the backlog is clear, transparent, and easy for the team to understand.
• Translate needs and feedback into concrete requirements and improvements.
• Be available for clarifications and support in the development process.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, review and retrospective.
• Ensure your team has the right contextandpriorities.

• You have experience from organizations that develop software.
• Your curiosity drives you to constantly explore new ways to create efficient and sustainable solutions.
• You thrive both in teams and when you get to work independently.
• You are fluent in both Danish and English. You are a bridge builder with a keen eye for what creates value - and you prioritize to get there quickly.
• It is an advantage if you have relevant experience as a product owner.
• It is an advantage to have at least three years of relevant work experience.
• You are curious about AI and how it can be applied to strengthen and streamline thedevelopmentprocess.
