Job summary

Flatpay is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and revenue for our payment products across markets, based out of our Herlev office. You’ll own a core product domain (Financial or Online/App) and your job will be simple: get more merchants to take and use our products, and get merchants who already have them to actually use them day to day.

About The Job

We're hiring Product Marketing Managers to drive adoption and revenue for our products across all markets, based out of our office in Herlev.

You’ll own a core product domain — such as Financial or Online/App — and your job will be simple (but not easy): get more merchants to take and use our products, and get merchants who already have them to actually use them day to day. The specific domain you’ll own will be shaped around your background and interests as part of the process.

You will not own pricing or product development. Instead, you’ll focus on distribution, conversion, and sales execution.

What you'll do

• Increase acceptance/activation rate for your product area
• Drive revenue per merchant
• Drive product download, adoption, and activation rate
• Turn one-time users into regular, active users

Distribution and targeting

• Use merchant data to improve timing and conversion of offers
• Identify high-converting segments
• Use behavioral data (feature usage, login frequency, drop-off points) to spot merchants at risk of disengaging or ready for upsell
• Own the activation funnel from signup/download to first meaningful action to habitual use

Product marketing

• Translate product features into merchant-facing value (what it does for their business, not just what it does)
• Plan and run onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and notifications to drive feature adoption
• Work with product on presence and positioning across relevant channels as an acquisition and trust driver
• Identify which features drive retention and double down on marketing them

Sales enablement

• Equip sales teams with clear messaging, objection handling, and simple ways to explain the product
• Work closely with sales to improve attach rate

Who you are

• 2-5 years experience in growth/commercial/product marketing/revenue roles
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and data
• Comfortable working hands-on with metrics and experiments

Strong Pluses

• Experience in fintech, payments, online, or app marketing
• Experience driving product adoption or engagement (lifecycle marketing, push/CRM tools)
• Experience with SMB customers
• Experience with upsell/cross-sell flows
