Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or related technical fields.
• 5–10 years in product management, business development or related roles.
• Strong commercial understanding with ability to engage with technical products.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market for new services – develop value propositions, target segments and launch plans.
• Build strategic customer and technology partnerships with shipyards, vessel owners and partners.
• Bridge technical solutions and customer needs with clear commercial propositions.
• Support technical and commercial sales activities including proposals and pricing.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Service Development, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Turn innovation into scalable, commercially viable services.
