Job summary

Hempel A/S is seeking a Product Manager, Service Solutions – Anti-Corrosion to strengthen and grow its global service portfolio across Marine, Energy & Infrastructure. You will turn customer needs and market opportunities into scalable service solutions that create value across industries including Marine, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Rail, and Construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in product management, service development, or commercial roles.
• Working knowledge of corrosion, protective coatings, and asset integrity.
• Understanding of inspection, condition assessment, and how asset data can support maintenance and asset-management decisions.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial functions.
• A customer-focused and commercially minded approach, with a passion for developing solutions that create measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the service portfolio for corrosion and asset integrity, including value propositions, service content, pricing, and performance targets
• Translate customer needs and market trends into new service opportunities, developing a clear roadmap that supports Hempel’s commercial and sustainability ambitions
• Lead cross-functional development and implementation of new services, working closely with R&D, Service Operations, Sales, Marketing, technical specialists, and external partners
• Turn technical expertise into customer value, identifying challenges related to corrosion, coatings, inspection, and asset integrity and translating them into practical, scalable solutions
• Manage the service portfolio throughout its lifecycle, continuously evaluating and improving services to ensure they remain relevant, competitive, commercially viable, and scalable
