Job summary

YOUR ROLE

As Product Manager in our Group Productdepartment in Silkeborg, you will play a key role in shaping and executing ourproduct strategy. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening our Engine Partsportfolio while ensuring that our products and services continue tocreate value for customers and support our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensiveproduct strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own and develop the company’sProduct-Service System (PSS), ensuring a clear value proposition for customers.
• Drive execution of the product strategyand monitor performance through relevant product KPIs.
• Coordinate strategy execution reviewswith key stakeholders and departments.
• Manage the full product lifecycle fromconcept and introduction to phase-out.
• Drive range extension initiatives andsupport expansion of the product portfolio.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI)processes and support the development of new product families.
• Coordinate product launches within your category, including testing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functionalalignment
• Provide commercial support to enable the commercial growth ofyour product category
• Analyse product performance acrosscountries, customer segments, product ranges, and lifecycle stages.
• Transform data and market insights intoactionable recommendationsLead the Product team, organize the work, priorities and employee development

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years experience within ProductManagement / BusinessDevelopment / Technical sales / Product Specialist.
• Pastexperiences in automotive, aftermarket, remanufacturing, engine parts arebeneficial.
• Mastergraduate in Business Engineering or Mechanical Engineering are a plus.
• Danish,German, French or Spanish fluency is a plus. English fluency is mandatory.
• Strong commercial understanding combinedwith analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with product lifecyclemanagement and product development processes.
• Ability to translate business data intoclear recommendations and actions.
• Strong stakeholder management andcross-functional collaboration skills.
• Structured, proactive, andsolution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and theability to influence without formal authority.
• A team player who thrives in acollaborative environment and is motivated by continuous improvement.
