Jobbeschreibung

Do you want to shape the future of defense solutions by turning customer insights, market opportunities, and emerging technologies into products that create real-world value? In this role, you will drive product strategy, influence cross-functional decisions, and help deliver solutions that matter. Come and join us!

We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes. We continue to evolve our advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry to deliver real-world solutions that matter to the security of people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for a Product Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role as part of the team

As our new Product Manager, you will primarily play a key role in shaping and managing part of our Defense portfolio throughout the full product lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of market needs, customer insights, technology, and business objectives, helping to ensure the delivery of innovative and commercially successful solutions.

In our team we take pride in developing people. You will become part of the Product Management (PRM) team, a collaborative international group spanning Denmark, the UK, and the US. The PRM department manages a diverse and innovative range of products and solutions within Radar, Security, Maritime, Defense, and Space portfolios. Your area of responsibility will primarily be within Defense. The team values knowledge sharing, curiosity, and collaboration, creating an environment where people and technology develop together. You will work closely with colleagues across product development, sales, business development, marketing, and engineering, contributing your perspective while learning from experts with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We care about the work we do and the people behind it.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and technological trends to identify opportunities for innovation, investment, improvement, or product retirement
  • Drive product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management, turning customer and market needs into scalable and commercially viable solutions
  • Lead product decisions across the lifecycle, including roadmap changes, product transitions, business cases, and gate reviews, while balancing technical excellence with business value
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across disciplines, functions, and geographies to support effective decision-making and successful product outcomes
  • Act as a trusted product ambassador by communicating direction, sharing knowledge, challenging assumptions, and continuously strengthening product management practices.
Bring your expertise into play

To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience within Product Management, including customer and market insight, product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management, preferably within the Defense domain
  • Experience developing strong business cases and working with budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost analysis, ROI, and other data-driven decision‑making tools
  • A solid technical understanding incl. product development frameworks and interest in how continuous platform development and systems configuration work and fit into a product portfolio perspective
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross‑functional and international teams.

Most importantly, we believe diverse experiences add value to our team and organization. Therefore, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the above requirements.

As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Travelling both domestically and internationally must be anticipated.
