Job summary

Puzzel is seeking a Product Manager for Conversational Intelligence and Knowledgebase to own two evolving products serving contact centres in Denmark and Europe. You’ll shape strategy, drive discovery, and own end-to-end delivery with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Min. 3–5 years of proven experience in software product management, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong grounding in continuous discovery, outcome-driven goals, experimentation, and evidence-based prioritisation.
• Confident, credible communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own both product areas end to end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Define and measure success metrics to guide iteration and demonstrate product impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver on live products.
