Job description

We work a hybrid schedule across both offices. In London, that typically means Tuesday to Thursday in the office, with Mondays and Fridays at home. Copenhagen works on a similar basis. We want someone who is comfortable moving between both environments and occasionally travelling for key meetings, events, or analyst engagements.

About the Role

Decision Focus is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the team. If you enjoy making a complex product legible, building the story that wins deals, and working somewhere you’re trusted to own your brief end-to-end, this could be a great fit.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating a 24-module platform into clear, compelling stories that win deals, retain clients, and build category authority. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, VP Sales, Head of Pre-Sales, and Head of Product to shape how Decision Focus is understood in the market.

AI is not a threat to this role. It is the reason it needs to be sharper. Buyers research independently, large language models now surface vendor shortlists before a human ever picks up the phone, and generic SaaS messaging is invisible. The person who joins in this role will use AI to shape the function from day one.

What You’ll Be Getting Involved In
Positioning and Messaging

Define and maintain Decision Focus’ core messaging framework, differentiated by segment, persona, and geography. You’ll lead messaging for new module launches and major product milestones, and ensure consistency across every channel, from website to sales deck to AI-generated shortlists. This is not a brief you inherit and maintain. It is yours to build.

Collateral and Sales Enablement

Build and maintain a library of solution briefs, one-pagers, battle cards, and objection-handling guides that the commercial team actually uses. You’ll develop sales plays for key segments including financial services, regulated industries, and our expansion markets in DACH and France, and partner with Sales to reduce time-to-pitch for new hires.

Website and Digital Messaging

Own the product messaging layer of decisionfocus.com, working with the broader Marketing team on copy, page structure, and conversion. You’ll ensure product claims are substantiated, differentiated, and optimised for both human readers and AI-generated responses. If Decision Focus is not showing up where buyers are looking, that is the problem you are solving.

Run a structured win/loss programme: interviewing buyers, analysing CRM data, and synthesising themes. Feed insights back to Product, Sales, and leadership on a regular cadence, and translate competitive intelligence into clear positioning guidance and battle cards that are used, not filed.

Analyst and Influencer Relations

Build relationships with GRC-adjacent analysts including Gartner, Forrester, and specialist boutiques. Manage analyst briefings, respond to enquiries, and position Decision Focus for inclusion in relevant research. Identify and cultivate relationships with practitioners and influencers who shape AI-generated GRC recommendations, because that is increasingly where shortlisting happens.

What We’re Looking For
Your Experience

Four or more years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. You will have demonstrable experience owning a messaging framework end-to-end, not just executing someone else’s, and writing skills that are comfortable producing copy which is clear, specific, and free of generic SaaS claims.

Experience working closely with Sales, including building enablement materials that have real-world usage, is important. So is being comfortable with data: pulling CRM insights, interpreting win/loss patterns, and making a case with evidence.

GRC, compliance, risk, or adjacent regulated-industry experience is a genuine plus, though we will take strong product marketing fundamentals from an adjacent sector. Analyst relations experience and familiarity with how LLMs surface vendor recommendations are both desirable. Experience marketing a multi-module or platform product to multiple personas would be an advantage.

How You Work

You are a strong writer, not in the "comfortable with long-form" sense, but in the sense that you notice when something sounds like every other SaaS vendor and you fix it. You think in terms of what a buyer actually needs to hear to make a decision, not what sounds impressive in a slide.

You are comfortable making calls with incomplete information. You will not have all the data you want, and you will still need to ship something that moves the business forward. You collaborate well across functions and you are willing to push back when a brief is not right.

You will thrive in a flat, transparent culture where the best ideas win regardless of who they come from, and where getting things done matters more than talking about getting things done.

The Basics

Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional language skills, particularly German, French, or Danish are a genuine plus given our expansion plans. Comfortable working across a multi-site, multi-country team.

What We Offer

A salary that reflects your experience, we’re recruiting across a range, so we’ll be guided by what you bring.

Pension contribution.

A genuinely great team to work with, regular socials, and a culture where people look out for each other.
