Job summary

Puzzel is seeking a Product Manager for Conversational Intelligence and Knowledgebase in Copenhagen or Aarhus, Denmark. The role focuses on turning conversations into insights and knowledge, combining AI-driven analytics with self-service content to improve contact centre outcomes.

You will lead a two-product portfolio, work with a cross-functional team, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to release. Strong SaaS product experience and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven experience in software product management, ideally in SaaS.
Ability to own full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own both product areas end to end from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Set goals and direction for both product areas; manage scope and prioritisation.
Define and measure success metrics to guide iteration and demonstrate impact.
Balance incremental improvement with longer-term evolution and make rationale visible.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product direction.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to turn feedback into product signals.
Translate customer requests into decisions serving the wider customer base.
