Job summary

• Experience building complex admin and mobile features.
• Experience in conducting user research.
• Strong written communication; able to produce clear specs and align stakeholders asynchronously.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex workflows.
• English fluency.
• Danish is a plus for stakeholder and customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, prioritising across the full platform.
• Run discovery: user interviews, competitive analysis, usage data review.
• Partner with Product Designer on flows, UX decisions, and trade-offs across web and mobile.
• Write clear product requirements and work directly with engineering on delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, sales, and customer success.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as they come up.

Are you an experienced Product Manager covering full ownership of our product roadmap? Do you enjoy turning ambiguity into a clear roadmap, and working closely with design and engineering to ship it? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Job

We're a single-PM team, and we're looking for someone to cover the full product function while our Product Manager is on maternity leave. This is a permanent position, not a fixed-term contract.

You'll own the whole product working closely with engineering and design to keep the roadmap moving and decisions flowing.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, prioritising across the full platform rather than a single area
• Run discovery: user interviews, competitive analysis, usage data review
• Partner closely with our Product Designer on flows, UX decisions, and trade-offs across web and mobile
• Write clear product requirements and work directly with engineering on delivery
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, sales, and customer success
• Pick up ad hoc tasks and projects as they come up

What we’re looking for

• At least 2+ years of product management experience
• B2B SaaS experience
• Demonstrated experience building both complex admin and mobile features as we’re looking for range across both
• Experience in conducting user research
• Strong written communication; able to produce clear specs and align stakeholders async
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex workflows
• English fluency

Nice to have

• Danish is a plus for stakeholder and customer-facing work

Practical details

• It is NOT a fixed term position. Once the current PM returns, we will continue a 2-PM structure
