Job summary

Conference Manager is seeking a UI/UX Designer to turn complex event-management systems into intuitive interfaces for admins and on-site participants.

You will own end-to-end design—from research and wireframes to polished UI—collaborating with product management and engineering, and helping evolve our design system across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience

• Solid Figma skills with a portfolio showing process
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex workflows
• Balance power-user admin needs with lightweight mobile interactions

Responsibilities

Are you a UI/UX Designer with a passion for transforming complex systems into intuitive, beautiful user experiences? Do you have an eye for design and do you enjoy bringing interfaces to life? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

About the job

You'll design across two distinct surfaces: the admin platform our customers use to run their events, and the mobile experience their participants use on-site and on the go. You'll work end-to-end on research, wireframes, polished UI closely with product management and engineering. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over the features you touch.

What you'll do

• Design admin workflows for event organisers like registration setup, ticketing, event management, reporting
• Design mobile experiences for participants and on-site staff, balancing simplicity with on-the-go usability
• Conduct or contribute to user research across both audiences and translate findings into concrete design decisions
• Work directly with PM and engineering from problem definition through delivery
• Help maintain and evolve our design system across web admin and mobile
• Simplify complex, multi-step workflows without dumbing them down
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders across the team

What we're looking for

• At least 2+ years of product design experience; we're open to individuals with more years of experience
• Demonstrated experience designing both complex admin/dashboard interfaces and mobile apps as we're looking for range across both
• Experience in conducting user research
• Solid Figma skills and a portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex workflows
• Good instincts for balancing power-user needs (admin) with lightweight, fast interactions (mobile)
• English fluency; Danish is a plus for stakeholder and customer-facing work

Nice to have

• Experience designing for events or ticketing
• B2B or SaaS experience is a plus
