Job summary

Conference Manager, a Denmark-based profitable B2B SaaS provider, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the full product roadmap while the current PM is on maternity leave. You will collaborate with design and engineering to keep the roadmap moving and decisions flowing, and work cross-functionally with sales and customer success.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of product management experience.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience building complex admin and mobile features.
• Experience in conducting user research.
• Strong written communication; able to produce clear specs and align stakeholders asynchronously.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex workflows.
• English fluency.
• Danish is a plus for stakeholder and customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, prioritising across the full platform.
• Run discovery: user interviews, competitive analysis, usage data review.
• Partner with Product Designer on flows, UX decisions, and trade-offs across web and mobile.
• Write clear product requirements and work directly with engineering on delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, sales, and customer success.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as they come up.
