Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision for our AI Markets Agentic platform. You will align banker needs with a scalable product strategy that spans Markets Business Technology.

Collaborate with quants, developers, and analysts to drive value across capital markets. You will define roadmaps, ensure measurable success, and lead cross-functional workstreams with engineering, data, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Equities, understanding Markets, and AI/data products.
• 7+ years in product management with 2+ years on AI, data, or developer tooling.
• Experience shipping complex products in regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong analytics using usage data and A/B testing design.
• Stakeholder management to influence C-suite bankers and leads.
• Technical literacy for build-vs-buy decisions with engineers.
• Financial services experience or deep enterprise SaaS background.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the AI Markets Agentic platform.

What You Will Be Doing

You will lead the product strategy for the bank's enterprise AI agentic platform, a strategic initiative enhancing markets using large language models orchestrated via AWS Bedrock and AWS Agent Core. Working closely with Markets Business Technology's diverse team of quants, developers, and analysts, you will bridge business priorities with technical capabilities to create real value across capital markets products.

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the AI Markets Agentic platform, prioritizing use cases by commercial impact and strategic alignment with market-wide AI ambition
• Conduct continuous product discovery with stakeholders to uncover productivity pain points and validate hypotheses
• Write clear Product Requirements Documents and user stories for AI agent use cases
• Own the product metrics framework, defining KPIs including time saved and active adoption rates
• Drive quarterly business reviews, presenting platform progress and commercial ROI with analytical rigour
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with engineering leads, making trade-off decisions transparently
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Security, and Compliance
• Develop and execute change management strategies to maximise banker uptake across geographies

About You

• Proven experience with Equities business is mandatory.
• Understanding the Markets area and the financial industry is mandatory.
• 7+ years in product management with 2+ years on AI, data, or developer tooling products
• Track record of shipping complex technical products in regulated enterprise environments
• Strong analytical skills including usage data and A/B test design
• Stakeholder management skills to influence C-suite bankers and engineering leads simultaneously
• Technical literacy to evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and engage credibly with engineers
• Financial services experience or deep enterprise SaaS product management background

Generative AI product experience with LLM copilots or agentic workflow products would be valuable, along with awareness of model risk management and AI governance in banking.
