Job summary

Teton is seeking an experienced product designer to shape the apps used by care staff, from frontline alerts to leadership dashboards. You will collaborate with design and engineering, traveling to customers in Denmark, the UK, and the US to inform decisions and iterate with a hands-on approach.

You will prototype in code and can contribute to front-end work in React or our component library, shaping a coherent experience across the product, while embracing the company’s mission and fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing software people use daily.
• Precision: structure information, states, edge cases, components.
• You visit customers in Denmark, the UK and the US to inform design decisions.
• Understand how technology works and design around sensor limits.
• You define problems with engineers and product teams and decide next steps.

Responsibilities

• Design a daily-used app experience from alert sound to executive dashboard.
• Ensure a single, coherent data view across frontline staff and leadership.
• Make health data readable by non-experts and show trends clearly.
