Teton is seeking a product designer to design the apps care staff use daily, from the alarm a carer hears in the corridor to the overview a regional leader uses for every home they cover. You'll report to Julius, who leads design, work alongside Balazs, our other product designer, and build directly with our engineers.
You will work with the AI team that trains our models and the engineers who run them at the edge, on what the models can see and how it reaches staff.

Most of our users are floor staff, and many are new or temporary. Most never go deeper into the app than reacting when something happens, so it can't have a learning curve. A smaller group of leaders, nurses and physiotherapists dig into the data, and the same product has to serve both.
We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged - it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning.
We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to truly make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job - jump on board
