Job summary

Teton is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to own customer-facing features from initial conversations to production. You will work across the web, mobile apps, and backend APIs, collaborating with care teams and a customer success group.

You will help shape test pipelines and guardrails to enable fast, safe shipping. Join a Copenhagen-based team focused on product excellence, care for health data, and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript skills; the language is central to our stack.
• Solid production experience with React on the web and/or React Native.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing, and a strong sense of what good code quality looks like.
• Great product taste and a keen eye for UX. You work well with designers and can make sensible design decisions yourself when needed.
• Comfortable talking directly with non-technical users and turning messy feedback into concrete decisions.
• Previous startup experience and/or shipping a product where you owned the outcome, from idea to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from design discussions through implementation to production rollout across web and mobile platforms.
• Talk to care staff, visit facilities, and translate feedback into clearly scoped product changes.
• Improve code quality across the frontend, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests.
• Collaborate on backend APIs and data models to support frontend needs.
• Ensure health data privacy and staged rollouts to avoid impacting alerts.
