Job summary

KMD in Denmark is seeking a Product Data Insights Lead to turn customer research, usage data and market signals into clear reports that product managers can act on.

You’ll build the data foundations showing how users interact with KMD’s products, identify friction points, and collaborate with product, tech and commercial leaders to shape the roadmap. The role is hands-on within the product governance team.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience with SaaS products.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience turning customer research and usage data into insights.
• Familiarity with AI agents or LLM workflows in product mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based input to product decisions using research and analytics.
• Identify usability issues and bottlenecks in the user journey.
• Turn insights into practical inputs for the product roadmap.
• Own metrics for usage, adoption and churn.
• Build scalable dashboards and reports with the data team.
