Job summary

Danske Commodities seeks a Head of Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance to lead the development of our data management capability and establish clear ownership and operating models. You will partner with stakeholders to shape governance, define responsibilities, and drive practical adoption across product teams and data stewards.

Qualifications

• Shaping and evolving the data management approach in partnership with stakeholders.
• Translating the approach into focused initiatives that build capability and show value.
• Defining responsibilities, decision rights, ownership, stewardship, and escalation paths for data management in a product-oriented organisation.
• Building adoption by engaging, educating, and enabling product teams, business owners, and data stewards.
• Experience shaping and implementing data management, data governance, or data strategy in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data management capability from an early stage and shape its establishment and adoption across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance team to drive governance across the company.
• Turn enterprise direction into practical adoption by cross-functional teams, balancing strategy with execution.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership and hands-on delivery teams to maintain momentum during organisational change.
