Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, CS, Data Analytics or related field; a master’s degree would be an advantage.
• At least six years of relevant experience in areas such as digital product analytics, product operations, process analytics, or portfolio insight.
• Hands-on experience interpreting product adoption, behavioral, workflow or telemetry data and presenting it through BI tools or platforms like Pendo.

Responsibilities

• Defining and maintaining product health views for priority digital products and processes, mainly for products enabled with Pendo.
• Translating signals into portfolio insights by combining adoption, usage, workflow, process, AI agent and technical data.
• Defining how product health is represented in leadership and quarterly business reviews with clear actions and owners.
• Connecting product analytics with workflow outcomes to show operational effects beyond usage figures.
• Creating leadership-ready dashboards and AI-assisted insights.
• Mapping and connecting data sources across digital adoption platforms, product telemetry, BI, process intelligence and AI usage.
• Supporting portfolio governance by aligning insights with financial and portfolio reporting.
