Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Portfolio Systems Associate in the Portfolio Management Group within AI & Digital Innovation (ADI). You will collect, structure and translate complex data into clear insights that inform prioritisation, governance and strategic decisions across our digital portfolio.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, work with stakeholders across functions, and contribute to automation initiatives using Power Platform and AI tools to scale portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative/technical field.
• 1–2 years of portfolio management, analytics or related experience.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to structure, clean and validate data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain digital portfolio data for a single source of truth.
• Build and update Power BI dashboards, reports and analyses for leadership.
• Translate data into concise insights to inform prioritisation and governance.
• Identify data gaps and propose improvements to tools, templates and reporting flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely input and follow-up on reporting and governance.
