Novo Nordisk seeks a Portfolio Systems Associate to drive transparency by collecting, structuring and translating portfolio data into clear insights that inform prioritisation and governance across our digital portfolio. You will be the engine behind reliable data views for leadership decisions.

In the Portfolio Management Group within AI & Digital Innovation, you’ll shape portfolio reporting, partner with global stakeholders, and contribute to automation using Power Platform and AI tools,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field.
• 1-2 years in portfolio management, analytics, reporting, data management or similar.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to structure, clean and validate data from multiple sources; translate to insights.
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and maintain digital portfolio data across teams for a single truth view.
• Build and update portfolio dashboards and analyses in Power BI for leadership visibility.
• Translate data into concise insights to support prioritisation and governance reviews.
• Identify data gaps and propose improvements to tools, templates and reporting flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the ADI matrix to ensure timely input and follow-ups.
• Support portfolio governance processes, including meeting prep and action tracking.
• Explore automation opportunities using Power Platform and AI-enabled tools to scale portfolio management.
