Job summary

Candeno is seeking a Product Analytics Engineer to own the data and analytics layer within the product team. You will manage the data warehouse, BI dashboards, and instrumentation that turns product usage and AI interactions into reliable data.

The role emphasizes asking the right questions, modeling data, and ensuring data quality across Denmark's Nordics markets. On-site in Aarhus with strong collaboration across product and engineering.

Qualifications

• Several years building and maintaining data warehouses and BI or dashboards.
• Solid data modelling skills with tradeoffs between flexibility and control.
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT flows; dbt is a plus.
• Understanding what AI/ML needs from data, in structure and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the data warehouse and data pipelines.
• Develop internal and customer-facing dashboards for decision making.
• Instrument AI chats, agents, and product usage for structured data.
• Write clean, maintainable code and validate outputs with judgment.
