Candeno is seeking a Product Analytics Engineer to join our product team in Aarhus. You own Candeno's data and analytics layer within your domain: the data warehouse, the BI and dashboards, and the instrumentation that turns product usage and AI interactions into reliable data. Qualifications

• A few years building and maintaining data warehouses and BI or dashboards.
• Solid data modelling skills and ability to balance flexibility and control.
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT flows; dbt is a plus.
• Understanding what AI and ML need from data, in structure and quality.
• Clear communication of data tradeoffs to product teams and customers.
• Comfort working with customers directly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the data warehouse, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT flows.
• Build and maintain internal and customer-facing dashboards to drive decisions.
• Instrument AI chats, agents, and product usage for structured data.
• Write clean, maintainable code and apply judgement when using AI tools.
• Keep data trustworthy and meet regulatory requirements with guidance from the legal advisor.
• Share knowledge and raise data competence across the team.
