Job summary

Candeno is seeking a Product Analytics Engineer to join our Aarhus team. You will own Candeno's data and analytics layer, including the data warehouse, dashboards, and instrumentation that turn product usage and AI interactions into reliable data.

You will work with AI-augmented tooling and collaborate with product teams, engineers, and customers to measure the right metrics, model data, and ensure trustworthy insights at scale across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Experience building data warehouses and BI dashboards.
• Solid data modelling skills and tradeoff awareness.
• Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Understanding AI/ML data needs and data quality considerations.
• Clear communication of data tradeoffs to product teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the data warehouse, pipelines, and ETL/ELT flows.
• Build internal and customer-facing dashboards for decision making.
• Instrument AI chats, agents, and product usage to capture structured data.
• Write clean, maintainable code and judiciously use AI tools.
