Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Finance Partner for the DPM IO Finance and Procurement team in Taastrup. You will lead SVP-level budgeting and forecasting, partner across production sites, and shape the finance agenda in a global environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of FP&A, finance partnering, financial controlling or auditing experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a broad business view.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong presentation and communication skills to translate data into narratives.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Lead SVP-level budgeting and forecasting processes, including AB and RE.
Provide financial analysis and insights on DPM IO areas and resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement of financial planning and controlling processes.
Ensure financial transparency and insights on ramp-up and expansion across the network.
Act as a trusted finance partner to several sites within the DPM IO network.
