Job summary

Heimstaden Group is seeking a Procurement Performance & Excellence Analyst to join our Group Procurement team. This role builds a data-driven procurement function across markets by strengthening reporting, spend visibility and governance, and by aligning analytics with margin improvement and operational discipline.

You will own procurement KPIs, dashboards and recurring reporting; create spend analyses by category, supplier and market; support savings tracking with finance; simplify processes

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or related field.
• University degree in business, economics or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-action mindset.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with KPI design, dashboards and performance management.
• Understanding of procurement and supplier analysis.
• Experience improving governance or processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own and develop procurement KPIs, dashboards and reports.
• Improve spend visibility by category, supplier and market.
• Support savings pipeline management and value tracking with finance.
• Analyze data to prioritize categories, projects and opportunities.
• Review and simplify procurement processes and governance material.
• Enhance supplier data and sustainability reporting readiness.
• Collaborate with Group Procurement, local teams, finance and sustainability.
• Establish a monthly procurement performance pack and management rhythm.
