Job summary

If is seeking a Procurement Excellence Manager to lead as project manager and drive procurement transformation across the Nordic region. You’ll develop digital tools and processes, assemble teams, and coach procurement squads.

This role offers a hybrid workplace with travel and exposure to a large, publicly listed group. You will help unlock synergies, reduce risk, and deliver value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field and minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement or procurement transformation roles from large organizations, or experience as procurement consultant.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead projects involving many stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, conduct analyses, and build business cases.
• Lead development projects defined by the procurement excellence strategy.
• Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions.
• Act as a sparring partner for procurement teams on large and complex tenders – strategy, negotiation, etc.
