Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in sourcing, outsourcing, or supplier management.
• Experience with analytical tools and sourcing frameworks.
• Solid analytical skills and good business acumen.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally.
• Fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
• Experience with analytical tools, procurement technologies, or data-driven sourcing methodologies.

What You Will Be Doing

As a consultant in our team, you will strategically advise clients to optimize their operating model through external suppliers and partnerships. You will be involved in the entire sourcing process, from analysis and strategy to implementation and governance, contributing to impactful projects across both private and public organizations. Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will help design and deliver solutions that improve procurement performance and support strategic objectives. You will play a key role in translating data and technology into actionable insights while becoming part of an environment where professionalism, innovation, and collaboration go hand in hand.

In practice, that means:

• Contribute to the analysis and development of sourcing strategies and outsourcing models.


• Prepare business cases, supplier analyses, and risk assessments.


• Support the design and implementation of sourcing projects, including transition and governance.


• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder dialogues with clients and suppliers.


• Contribute to proposal writing and business development in sourcing and outsourcing.


• Collaborate with colleagues and experts in KPMG’s global network.


• Assess and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies across sourcing and procurement processes.


• Support clients in developing future-fit operating models that combine supplier management, technology enablement, and data-driven decision making.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant higher education (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Engineering, Master's in Political Science).


• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in sourcing, outsourcing, or supplier management.


• Experience with analytical tools and sourcing frameworks.


• Solid analytical skills and good business acumen.


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally.


• Fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written.


• Experience with analytical tools, procurement technologies, or data-driven sourcing methodologies. Curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics and their application within procurement and sourcing.
