Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Controller, Procurement Controlling to measure and improve procurement performance, turning large datasets into clear recommendations. Work involves analytics, business partnering, and collaboration with global stakeholders across regions and functions.

You will build Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, partner with leadership, and help drive strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, controlling, performance management, or a similar analytical business role.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and large datasets from multiple sources.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver procurement performance reporting, insights, and analysis to support leadership globally.
• Align savings and KPIs across procurement, finance, and business teams to increase transparency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and data models from multiple sources.
• Prepare reporting packages, forecasts, and management overviews for monthly performance reviews.
• Act as a trusted partner, providing guidance and training on procurement performance data and reporting processes.

Join Danfoss Power Solutions as our new Controller, Procurement Controlling!

Being part of our Finance division, you will help shape how procurement performance is measured, understood, and improved across Danfoss Power Solutions. Your work will provide the insights that procurement leaders use to make decisions, track savings, and connect procurement activities with business results. Working in a truly global environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership, turning large and complex datasets into clear recommendations and meaningful actions.

This role offers a unique combination of analytics, business partnering, and exposure to strategic growth initiatives, including integration and transformation projects across the organization. You can be based at one of our Danfoss Power Solutions locations in Europe, the US or Mexico.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Enable better business decisions by delivering procurement performance reporting, insights, and analysis that support procurement leadership and key stakeholders globally.
• Increase transparency of procurement results by aligning savings and key performance indicators across procurement, finance, and business teams.
• Transform complex data into actionable recommendations by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and data models using multiple data sources.
• Support monthly business performance reviews by preparing reporting packages, forecasts, and management overviews within a fast-paced reporting cycle.
• Build engagement across the organization by acting as a trusted partner, delivering guidance, training, and expertise on procurement performance data and reporting processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, controlling, performance management, or a similar analytical business role.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, advanced Excel, and working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior leadership, and build relationships across regions and functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and a proactive approach to solving problems, asking questions, and driving improvements.
