Danfoss Climate Solutions seeks a Global Inventory Manager to ensure the right products are available at the right time across our global network, balancing service, working capital and efficiency. You will own inventory strategy across regions and sites, using data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to optimize stock and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within a multinational, multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a global matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Experience working with S&OP/SIOP planning processes; knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is an advantage.
• A proactive, structured, and self-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing and evolving global environment.

As our Global Inventory Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure the right products are available at the right time across our global network, balancing customer service, working capital, and operational efficiency.

Working within a global supply chain organization, you will take ownership of inventory strategy and performance across regions and sites. Through data-driven decision-making, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help optimize inventory, support business growth, and strengthen supply chain performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
