Tryg is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to shape Data Engineering across the organization. You will define standards, frameworks and reusable patterns, enabling 150+ data engineers to build reliable, scalable data solutions.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Data Architects and AI/Pricing teams to drive adoption, establish best practices, and lead with technical leadership while remaining an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building production-grade data solutions.
• Experience establishing engineering standards and patterns.
• Ability to influence senior engineers and leaders at scale.
