Cari is seeking a Principal Clinical Pharmacology Specialist to lead pharmacology programmes across our cardiometabolic portfolio, shaping strategy from first-in-human dosing to regulatory submissions. You will work across early and late-stage development and partner with global teams to turn science into therapies that improve patient lives.

You will bring a PhD or equivalent, deep clinical pharmacology expertise, and experience interacting with Health Authorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, supported by a PhD or equivalent scientific expertise.
• Expert knowledge of clinical pharmacology gained within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong scientific and strategic mindset, with understanding of clinical dosing (PK/PD).
• Proven track record in planning and conducting clinical trials in global settings.
• Experience interacting with Health Authorities.
• Understanding of business and value chain; collaboration and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical pharmacology strategy for early and late-stage development.
• Provide trial design and interpretation of results to project teams.
• Coordinate activities within study groups and with affiliates/external partners.
• Lead scientific communication with global stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
• Prepare clinical pharmacology summaries for regulatory submissions and interact with Health Authorities.
• Mentor and strengthen Clinical Pharmacology capabilities.
