• You hold a relevant degree, e.g., cand.pharm/Msc in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• You have a strong track record of scientific and clinical inquiry.
• Understand statistics and clinical trial design.

• Demonstrate sound judgement with confidential and regulated information.
• You have excellent communications skills and thrive in collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, provide oversight, and support site and subject retention in trials.
• Ensure complete documents (protocols, brochures, monitoring plans, reports, responses) with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in study teams and cross-functional collaborations as delegated.
• Ensure consistent language and criteria across endocrine projects.
• Monitor study data for safety and efficacy and maintain study integrity.
• Anticipate obstacles and implement solutions in trials.
• Analyze, evaluate, and support interpretation and reporting of data.
• Contribute to drafting and reviewing clinical documents, manuscripts, and regulatory submissions.
• Stay up-to-date on science, GCP, and regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to optimize product development.
• Build relationships with sites, consultants, and key opinion leaders.
• Complete tasks thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
• Adhere to rigorous ethical standards.
