As a part-time employee you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to preserve and protect historic buildings and structures in the city

This role requires experience in preservation architecture and knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historic buildings and structures
• Develop preservation plans and proposals for approval from relevant authorities
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure preservation standards are met during restoration or renovation projects
• Research and recommend appropriate materials techniques and methods for preserving historic structures
• Monitor the progress of preservation projects making adjustments as needed to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of project details including budget timelines and materials used

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of local building codes regulations and historic preservation guidelines
• Experience working with biometric passport technology is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary

The salary for this part-time position is $1300 per month

Location

This position is located in Copenhagen Denmark While we prefer local candidates we are open to considering applicants from other nationalities who are able to obtain a biometric passport for work purposes
