Dynaudio invites a passionate Lounge Manager to lead our Copenhagen Dynaudio Lounge, a premium showroom blending sound, design and retail. You will steer daily operations, drive sales and host events that showcase our high‑end audio and design ethos.

You’ll manage a small retail team, ensure top‑tier service, and shape visitor journeys across our Copenhagen space while collaborating with marketing, product and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience running a premium showroom or luxury retail space.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage events in a store setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and sales performance of the Dynaudio Lounge.
• Deliver a personal and knowledgeable customer experience with listening sessions and demos.
• Convert visits into sales and lasting relationships through follow‑up.
• Lead the retail team with staffing, priorities and service standards.
• Maintain showroom environment including presentation, stock and visuals.
• Plan and host events such as launches, listening sessions and partner activities.
• Monitor KPIs and use insights to improve performance.
• Share best practices for future locations.
