Your work will contribute directly to electrification, energy efficiency, and the technologies that help industries operate more sustainably.

This is an opportunity to apply and expand your expertise in power electronics while solving meaningful engineering challenges. Whether you are an early-career engineer or bring a few years of experience, you will play an important role in delivering solutions that create value for our customers and help engineer a better future.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a collaborative engineering team, you'll contribute throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, validation, and continuous improvement. This will include:

  • Design, simulate, prototype, test, and validate power electronic solutions for next-generation variable speed drives.
  • Develop and optimize converter topologies, power stages, magnetic components, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), thermal solutions, and EMC-compliant designs.
  • Perform hands-on laboratory work including prototype testing, troubleshooting, measurements, and validation of power electronic circuits.
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies, including advanced power semiconductor technologies, to improve product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across systems, hardware, software, mechanical engineering, supply chain, and procurement to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.

You’ll also contribute to design reviews, verification and reliability activities, root cause analysis, functional safety considerations, and knowledge sharing across the engineering community.
