You will join the Batteries group within Mechatronic Systems, developing BMS concepts, modelling and algorithms for estimating charge, health and power, with collaboration across Denmark and abroad.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrochemistry or closely related field.
  • Research focus on battery state estimation and modelling.
  • Experience with open-circuit voltage, Kalman filtering, ML or neural networks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on battery state estimation for sodium-ion technology.
  • Develop models and algorithms for charge, health, and power estimation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and publish results.
