2care4 is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own and optimize its European portfolio, bridging Purchasing and Sales. You will work closely with Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Planning teams to drive informed decisions, improve forecasting, and manage inventory.

The role requires a commercial mindset, BI fluency, and experience in portfolio management, preferably in parallel import or generics, with English and Danish skills. Based in Esbjerg, Denmark, the position is hybrid with travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in portfolio or product management preferred, ideally in pharma or parallel import.
• Fluency in English; Danish language advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own, steer and optimize your portfolio across products and markets.
• Make data-driven decisions on quantities and allocation.
• Translate demand plans into action and challenge forecasts.
• Manage inventory, stock value vs forecast, and working capital.
• React quickly to patent expiries, price changes, and market shifts.
• Lead a structured monthly performance cycle with stakeholders.
