Job summary

2care4 is seeking a Portfolio Specialist within parallel import to act as the analytical engine behind our growing portfolio. The role focuses on profitability, sourcing, and expanding product availability across European markets, working with Business Development, Sales, Purchasing and Regulatory.

You will base in Esbjerg, collaborate across teams, and review portfolios while driving improvements. You will travel 5–15 days per year and rely on strong Excel and BI tool skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or similar.
• Experience with data analysis, business cases or pricing, ideally from pharma within parallel import or generics.
• Strong in Excel, navigates complex IT systems and enjoys automating processes.
• Experience with BI tools is a big plus, and you communicate fluently in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review the active portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization and development within the regulatory framework of each market.
• Find new, cheaper and alternative sourcing options that strengthen both profitability and product availability.
• Identify new sales opportunities for existing products together with Sales.
• Prepare analyses and business cases that support the Portfolio Managers' decisions.
• Handle ad hoc optimization of specific products when demand or supply shifts, and show where action creates the most value.
