As Manager, Global Operations Analytics & Insights, you will lead Pandora's Global Omni Operations analytics agenda, ensuring trusted data, meaningful insights, and consistent performance measurement across regions, channels, and functions. You will act as the business owner of Operations data and analytics, driving the strategy, governance, and capabilities required to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Working closely with stakeholders across Global Omni Operations, Data & Analytics, Digital & Technology, Finance, and other business functions, you will ensure that analytics, data, and AI-enabled investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value. You will partner closely with Data & Analytics to co-own the analytics roadmap, balancing business priorities with technical foundations, platform capabilities, and long-term scalability. You will also drive adoption of increasingly data-driven ways of working and help Operations leaders translate insights into decisions and action. Success in this role is measured not only by delivering analytics capabilities, but by ensuring they are adopted and create tangible business impact across Global Omni Operations.
Leading a team, you will play a critical role in strengthening operational visibility, performance measurement, and decision-making capabilities while enabling Pandora to scale and optimize its global operations.
