Job summary

NordUnet is seeking a Technical Project and Engagement Manager to drive Polar Connect, a long-term international digital infrastructure initiative for research and education. You will coordinate workstreams, manage milestones and engage with engineers, funders and governance bodies.

The role requires strong communication in English, ability to work with diverse partners, and experience with multi-stakeholder governance and funding reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex international projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong track record in long-term infrastructure or research networks projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Polar Connect workstreams with the responsible lead.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, budgets and decision points.
• Ensure progress against scope, governance, and quality standards.
