Job summary

Urban Partners is seeking a Platform & Methodology Owner to lead its investment modelling framework and governance. You will own modelling standards, manage platform configuration, and serve as the bridge between business requirements and platform capabilities.

This role sits in the CIO Office and focuses on protected development, continuous improvement, and clear methodology ownership. You will collaborate with the Investment Performance Director and cross-functional partners, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate, pension funds, or investment management.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into platform specifications.
• Experience with governance, configuration management and change control.
• Strong English communication; Danish proficiency required.
• Knowledge of vendor management and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the firm's real estate modelling methodology.
• Govern platform configuration, change control, and backlog prioritization.
• Evaluate vendor releases and translate updates to business impacts.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence product roadmap.
• Oversee user administration, licenses, onboarding and training.
• Align investment-level and fund-level modelling approaches.
